47921 mithent So, my gift from Shinmera actually arrived a while ago, and I even took photos, but didn't post them, oops.
I received a heavy box which was packed very full with a lot of chocolates! But in fact there was more to come once I'd looked beneath, too.

47922 mithent The chocolates themselves (and this is only a selection) are Lindor truffles, which are always welcome, some other truffle-y spheres (already enjoyed some of those), some Minor chocolate sticks with hazelnut which look good, and dark chocolate orange bars, which I'm also looking forward to trying - I do like orange chocolate too. All of these look great and will definitely keep me going for a good amount of time!

As usual, it's packed full of chocolates and snacks. You know how to pick them well.
Gingy wrote me a very nice letter. I greatly appreciate it. Thank you for the New Year wishes.
The lingonberry and spruce jam is an incredible gift, thankfully it arrived completely unharmed. I'm looking forward to trying it out. I think I'll also keep some of the napkins used for the padding.
Then there's a big ol' journal. I feel it's almost a shame to write in something this pretty. I'll have to use it for something very important.
Finally, there's a cute wooden bird figurine.Thank you for the excellent present. It was very much worth the wait.

On other news, I have received a package myself. From Pincers!
The haul is perfect for the cravings I've been feeling for the past few days. Plenty of chocolate last me through the month and other sorts of sweets that will add variety. There was also a can of beer that curiously held socks in it. And of course a really nice pack of tea to fill up my current need. I was complaining just yesterday that my usual day tea had run out.
But most of all, you see this bandit masked festive friend and the absolutely fantastic starry tea mug! I will have to put that to use soon since it looks like it gains the constellations to it when it heats up! Fantastic picks, Pincers! Thank you so very much!
