Adventures in Faggotland
These are pictures of me visiting Shin in his unfairly amazing country. It will be light on commentary tonight because I am full of sad and despair.

I took some of these because they are really cozy. The neighborhood Shin lives in is almost out of an anime.
This is from the Bahnhoffstrasse, which every tourist website says to visit. It is wonderfully quaint but there is not much to do there if you don't feel like spending $20,000 on fashion.
This fountain was the scene of a duck rape.
An amazing piece of art.
A fantastic old church.
While visiting the matterhorn, our train got stuck in this little swiss town. I couldn't believe such places even existed. I have no idea how these people make a living outside of having a train station.
This type of scenery doesn't exist for plebs like me. It was like glimpsing at life from the perspective of somebody happy. It's hard to believe I was there at all.
Billards with Darthmarch, Suntomic, and Shin. It was a lot of fun.
There is more but I need to sleep.
Whoa man, that's a beautiful scenery. Must be nice living near mountains.
I'd like to live in the mountains.

Living out in buttfuck nowhere is really inconvenient, you know. No jobs, no convenience stores or big markets, high prices, etc. There's plenty of good reasons why the trend is heavily in the direction of people moving from villages into cities. You really can't afford to live there unless you either already have a farm that you have to maintain anyway, or if you have so much money/income without location restrictions that you can disregard the problems.
Yeah, I kind of assumed that being close to nature is about the only thing that's a plus. Not a good option if you want to live comfortably.

Not a good option for us common folk. It is very much one for rich people, especially because taxes and rent tend to be massively lower out in the countryside and because they can afford higher travel expenses. In fact, around here, the trend is for the rich to move outside the cities, which is problematic because we get less taxes from them and because they still often need to go into the city to work, so commute increases.
