I've got you the easiest repie ever today.
Potato and (Possibly) Chicken Casserole
Steps
Chop up an onion and sauté it with whatever is your preferred source of protein. (I used chicken.)
Butter whatever you call in the container you put into the oven, you know the thing.
Pour half a kilogram of frozen potato strips into it (mine also had onion) and add salt and pepper.
Create a layer with whatever you sautéed and chop some fresh parsley there, (here I also added cherry tomatoes and paprika/bell pepper bits).
Add another layer of half a kilo of potato strips, more salt and pepper and dried herbs, (I used oregano, basil, and marjoram), and the optional cheese to top it off, (I used blue cheese, someone might use nutritional yeast.)
Pour 4 dl of cream over it evenly.
Put into oven at 200°C for an hour.
That's everything. Make a side dish for it while you wait if you like.
